Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will find the best solution to help you out within the 60-day period!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund is processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund on your statements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a return for a refund, the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SmoothSpine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We are happy to help out with any investigation. Upon inquiry, SmoothSpine will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need a replacement, send us an email at support@ispinerepair.com – please also include a picture of the damage or defect if applicable.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our main warehouse in the Netherlands. Please email us at support@ispinerepaire.com for the delivery address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
